Adjuvantix proprietary position is based upon two patent families with broad claims over the use of anti-CD40 in combination with a wide range of specific immunogens as a vaccine
The two main patent families are:
- ‘Vaccination method’ the core patent with cases undergoing national phase prosecutions in EU, US, Canada & Australia
- ‘Valency’ a further advancement & refinement of ‘vaccination method’ just about to enter national phases
